Here is what our customers have to say about SunCraft Solar,
My friends referred SunCraft Solar and I chose the solar company that I thought was the best which was SunCraft Solar. They did every aspect of the installation and my house was not easy. So the fact that they did not rely on sub-contractors like some companies do was important to me. They did a great job. I did my research on the best panels and I believe that SunPower is a excellent choice. —- Gary M., Carlsbad, CA
I hired SunCraft Solar because they installed my friends system. They did everything that they promised to do. All my questions were answered courteously and promptly. I am very happy with my decision to go with SunCraft Solar and SunPower Panels.—- John C., San Diego, CA
I was extremely satisfied with SunCraft Solar and their work to install my solar system. They listened to my needs and designed and installed a system that fit my family goals.—-Ryan B., La Mesa, CA.
I LOVE my new solar system and SunCraft Solar! They were so easy to work with. They took the time to help me understand the difference between all the solar panel choices. In the end I went with SunPower Solar panels because of the 25 year parts and labor warranty! I was also really confused with leasing vs. HERO vs. buying, so I really was happy that they offered all the different options and helped me choose the right financing for my situation. I am so happy I picked SunCraft Solar.—-Debra W. Poway, CA
I am so impressed with SunCraft Solar. After having 3 salesman come to my home, I decided to visit the SunCraft Solar showroom and design center. What a great experience. I don’t understand why all solar companies don’t have a showroom. I got to see all the solar equipment, and other products to cut my energy use. It was so easy and no pressure. The installation crews were very nice and they were done in less than two days!—- Janet, Escondido, CA.
I have already referred two friends and would definitely refer others if they were looking to install solar. —-Mary Jane, Poway, CA
I am extremely happy with the process. We were always notified in advance when the workers would show up. All the workers were polite and hard working. A couple really stood out and I notified their supervisor about their superior work and interaction with us.—-Marian, Poway, CA
SunCraft Solar met all my expectations. I am currently receiving bills of only $5.00 a month from SDG&E. The office staff and crew answered all my questions and concerns promptly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend SunCraft Solar.—-John, San Diego, CA
Great Service, Reasonable price. No pressure on you. Explanation of financing options was a great help. Also they use SunPower panels. I talked with more than 7 other companies before and selected SunCraft. Spend many, many hours researching and found out that Solar Craft is the most reasonable company. I tried to talk to the best yelp rated company in San Diego named “SUNLINE” and they were too busy even to come to my house. They gave me an estimate over phone with a relatively inferior product at a big price.—-Pillai, San Diego, CA
Our first experience with SunCraft was meeting Rex Gammon. His presentation was excellent and there was no pressure to commit. We decided to enter into a contract that day. Beginning with Rex and continuing with every person involved in the process was a very positive experience. Special thanks to Uyen for all of her help.—-Barbara, Ramona, CA
We are 1 year into have Solar both electric and heat (for our pool). We originally got 3 bids from various companies. Landed on SunCraft b/c of the presentation, provided all options purchase and lease, liked the panels they have and I know the owner from my gym. Everything promised was delivered. For solar heat we used our pool much more than ever last year and have already swam a bunch this year thanks to the solar heat. In terms of Solar Electric, the value after a year has been tremendous! We got the panel just before SDGE raised rates. The one issue we had with the install involved the city passing an ordinance that we had to have a different type of circuit breaker and SunCraft took care of the upgrade for us. Thanks SunCraft! —-Matthew, San Diego, CA
Jim Roberts was awesome in guiding us through the process and helping us understand the technology. He then saved us on our monthly energy bill, and after the system is paid we’ll have free solar energy! Excellent company, product, and service… I highly recommend them.—-Ryan L., El Cajon, CA
My husband and I interviewed 3 Solar companies and we ultimately chose Suncraft Solar because of their knowledge, presentation and price. We had our panels installed in May 2013 (21 panels), on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our town home. My applaud to the men who had the daunting tasks of carrying each panel up and down the ladders that day.
Needless to say, my husband has worked on off-the-grid battery back-up camera panels for over 10 years and knows a lot about the electrical talk, life of the panels, conversion of solar to house numbers; etc. With that said, the other 2 companies sent strictly sales people who didn’t know anything about the whole workings of the panel system. Suncraft Solar sent a gentleman by the name of Rex Gammon, who was dead on with his numbers. He already had our SDG&E usage, a google map of our roof and knew exactly what wanted. Purchased panels, zeroed out meter for our average use. Great company! Great service! From the time they put the paperwork in for city approval, to installation was literally about 1 week (if not less).—-Dawn C., Santee, CA
I had SunPower panels installed by SunCraft Solar Energy Systems in January 2014. My entire experience with this company was very positive. Everyone was very professional and friendly (owner, sales person, engineering person and installers). The sales person took time to explain things clearly and there was no hard sell. He had diagrams of my roof and showed me where the panels would go. There was a lot of material from the panel manufacturer (SunPower) and he carefully walked me through it to explain the technology. I spoke with two other companies as well. One company would have covered my roof with panels using locations that were not ideal from an aesthetic perspective and also not ideal spots for getting the best sunlight. And they would not tell me what brand of panels would be used. Another company sent a sales person who literally drew a diagram (of where the panels would go on my roof) on the back of an envelope. Both of the companies I didn’t end up going with were really pushing me to lease panels. Leasing is a much better financial deal for the leasing companies than for the customer. Common sense I guess. SunCraft did not push me to buy or lease. They wanted me to choose whatever worked best for me. They helped me figure out a solution where I could purchase the panels and 30% of the price was financed at no interest (since I can pay back the loan within one year). That worked best for me since I had some cash but could not pay for the whole project up front. The 30% loan is equivalent to the federal tax rebate I will be getting. There were two times when I had a potential issue and the owner was very responsive and contacted me right away. The first was when someone I knew was getting panels at a what sounded like a better price than I was. The owner contacted me right away and reminded me that the SunPower panels were more efficient so they made more electricity than other panels. So just remember you can’t compare prices by panel price. You have to look at how much electricity your system will be generating. It turned out that I was paying basically the same price. But I didn’t need to have as many panels to produce the same amount of electricity because the SunPower panels produce more electricity than all other brands of panels. This works out better for me because I don’t want panels all over my roof and I have limited roof space that is ideal for panels (where it’s best for sunlight and is mostly out of view). The second time I needed to speak with the owner was right after our installation. Some of the panels were visible as you drove up to our house and we weren’t happy with the look. At no extra charge the owner sent the crew back to our house and they shifted everything back a little and now they are not noticeable when driving up. I’ve received two electric bills so far and both show a credit. I’m making more electricity than I’m using even in the winter months. I’m glad I decided to do this as the SDG&E rates keep increasing – causing me a lot of stress.—-Jacquie K, San Diego, CA
I have been saving in my electric bill since day 1. The whole process was great, from the planning, instillation, delivery, finance, and the service and follow up. I have been a happy customer for now 2 yrs, and the monitoring is great, they call me to tell me there was an issue even before i noticed, and took care of it promptly.—Jaime B, La Jolla, CA
Good affordable solar. No pressure from salesman. Glad i went with SunCraft Solar. Installation took 2 days and they had me up and running 3 days after my final inspection. I’m very picky when it comes to my home and SunCraft delivered. Great set of installers that kept me informed on my project. I recommend based on my experience. —Lexi G., San Diego, CA
I would and will recommend SunCraft!! —Tom, San Diego, CA
